Mr. Ramesh has to his credit 32 years of hands on experience in coal, cement, steel and automobile industries. His rich and fruitful experience as a senior VP-HR from Hyundai Motors Ltd enlightened him to find Layam and lead the organization along with his committed team members with the philosophy to make things happen for the business leaders to achieve their dreams.

He is specialized in international Business from Bordeaux University( France) As a young director, he instills in the youth the passion and enthusiasm to the young Management team at Layam, and extends his support to Back End operations and support function. And we know that youth power can fuel the change we wish to see, both in terms of economic growth and human development.
